The brief for this design was for a comfortable offshore yacht
to race under IRC, which could be easily cruised by the owner
and his wife or sleep the entire race crew in port.
The interior shows twin double berths aft with upper folding quarter
berths and the saloon has settees and pilot berths. This arrangement
allows four crew to sleep to windward when underway. The navigator
is seated below the companionway with direct communication with
the helmsman on deck. The galley is located outboard on both sides.
The saloon seats 8 comfortably around the folding table. Forward
is the heads and the owners’ double cabin. |
